Hamilton police investigating Sunday morning shooting

Hamilton police say they are investing a shooting in the city's east end Sunday. 

Police say shortly after 5 a.m. Sunday they responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Main Street East and Graham Avenue North.

After searching the area, police say they found evidence, confirming that a shooting had taken place. 

Police say a victim has not been identified and the suspects are outstanding.

There have been about 20 shooting incidents in Hamilton this year. 

Police are asking for anyone with information that could assist with their investigation to contact them.
