Edmonton police lay murder charge after inmate killed inside remand centre
Edmonton police have charged an inmate with second-degree murder after 26-year-old Nathaniel Burchat died following an altercation inside the Edmonton Remand Centre in December. Burchat was a former soldier who had serious mental health issues, according to his family.
