Man dies in Bow River rafting trip
A man from Sherwood Park, just outside of Edmonton, has died during a whitewater rafting trip near Canmore.

Tyler Swaren, 33, was on a company rafting trip on the Bow River on Saturday, when he and eight other riders were dumped into the water twice.
During the second spill, Swaren was unconscious when he surfaced and efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.
He was wearing a helmet, wetsuit and a life jacket.
The rapids the group was running were classified to be Class 3, which is considered novice to intermediate.
Swaren was a environmental consultant with Matrix Solutions Inc.
