Tim Loblaw is a coordinator at Bow Valley College and the chair of college advocacy for the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. Like many Calgarians, Tim remains faithful to one quadrant of the city, having never strayed from the northwest in all the time he's lived here.
