Doreen Barrie is an adjunct assistant professor of political science at the University of Calgary, and author of several books, including The Other Alberta: Decoding a Political Enigma. She has a keen interest in political literacy and has spoken to groups interested in topics ranging from health care to the parliamentary system and water.
