A cold front will slide through the South Coast Friday evening

You might want to grab an umbrella today, and a warm sweater.

It's a much cooler day for Vancouver if you're heading out the door — and you might want to grab an umbrella.

A cold front is approaching the South Coast today.

Overcast skies may break up this afternoon before the front slides through around evening hours.

Watch for showers during the commute home, along with gusty winds.

Temperatures will struggle to get above 14 to 15 C for Metro Vancouver.

It's a fast-moving front though — clearing skies and warming temperatures in time for the weekend.
