Trudeau has marched in the Vancouver parade on two previous occasions but this will be his first appearance as prime minister.
He announced he will march in the July 3 Toronto Pride Parade earlier this year.
Trudeau has been a vocal advocate of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender rights.
Earlier this month he raised a Pride flag on Parliament Hill in recognition of the people who have "fought a long time" to secure equal rights for LGBT Canadians.
