An RCMP officer has been taken to hospital with serious injuries, after a crash near Victoria early this morning.
The collision between a marked RCMP cruiser and another vehicle happened at the intersection of Goldstream Avenue and Peatt Road in Langford at around 3:30 a.m. PT Tuesday.
No other details about the crash have been released, including the identity of the RCMP officer.
The intersection is expected to be closed for several hours while the collision is investigated.
