Kelowna RCMP investigating a homicide

RCMP in Kelowna, B.C., have launched a homicide investigation, after finding a 47-year-old man dead in his home early Tuesday morning.

RCMP were called to a home in the Black Mountain neighbourhood at around 12:40 a.m. PT.

Police are saying little about the man's death, but do describe his killing as "targeted" and say there is no danger to the public.

Police have not revealed the man's name, and are asking anyone with information about his killing to contact them.
