A Vancouver man accused in the death of a mother of five has been charged with second-degree murder.
Police say 42-year-old Daniel Paul was Crystal Paul's boyfriend and was identified as the primary suspect early on, but he couldn't be located.
The 36-year-old woman's body was discovered in the basement suite of a home in East Vancouver on East 22 Avenue near Main Street in early March.

Police say that after public appeals for information and an extensive search, patrol officers spotted the man nearly a month later as he was riding a bike.
He remains in custody pending further court appearances.
Vancouver Police had offered a $10,000 reward for Paul's arrest, saying he sports numerous arm tattoos including a rat, a knife, and a heart.
