BC Hydro substation fire in Richmond triggers air warning

RCMP are warning the public to stay away from large fire at a BC Hydro substation in Richmond, B.C., on Tuesday morning.
The substation is located near River Drive and Number Four Road.

At 8 a.m., flames from the fire could be seen burning on the south side of the Fraser River between the Arthur Lang and Oak Street bridges.
Traffic has been stopped on River Drive, but no power outages in the area have been reported on the BC Hydro website.
