What's driving you to take on Canada's Ultimate Challenge?

2024 was truly the most challenging, eye-opening and transformative year of my life. I was ready to test my limits!

What unique skills will set you apart from the competition?

My ability to problem solve, listen to others and strategize in an effective way.

How did you gear up for Canada's Ultimate Challenge?

I kept myself very grounded, clear-minded and focused and built strong momentum in my life.

What do you fear the most in the competition?

The water! Ocean, any kind of deep water!

What's the toughest thing life has thrown you and how did it prepare you for this challenge?

I hit a wall in early 2024. I was pushing and trying so hard my whole life until I crashed, which led to a suicide attempt on April 1, 2024.

This changed my entire perspective. I learned that I had to surrender to the flow of life and stop being so hard on myself. This ultimately allowed me to become a better business owner, mother, daughter and wife and rebuild my life the right way.

Who is your favourite player from past seasons?

My favourite player was Jenny Laviolette because she was so authentically herself, genuine and kind.

What's a random fact that people would be shocked to learn about you?

I was a lone wolf my whole life. Bullied in school, A+ student, played piano and sang at assemblies. Public speaking was always my forté. I always wanted to harness my own special skills and abilities to be of service to people who want to develop themselves and build a life they're proud of.
