The South African won the 100-metre race in 11.04 seconds, before clocking 47.28 seconds in the 400-meter event.
Pistorius, known as the "Blade Runner," hopes to qualify for the able-bodied world championships this summer in Daegu, South Korea. He also hopes to compete for South Africa in the 2012 London Olympics.
Pistorius runs on carbon-fiber prosthetic limbs.
