When someone asks for help. A Winnipeg volunteer safety group answers that call. We'll head out for a walk with James Favel to find out how the Bear Clan Patrol has become an integral part of search and rescue efforts in Manitoba, and beyond.

For Christa Couture, music has always been the space where she finds healing. She explains how she channels loss and grief and turns it into beautiful music.

A women's group in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside hopes to give participants Indigenous knowledge for everyday life. The weekly sharing circle is a safe space where women can talk about everything from neighbour complaints to ceremony. Cherise Seucharan and Eva Uguen-Csenge will take us there.

Heather Dickson is a Whitehorse designer who took the humble granny hanky and bead blinged it up for a modern twist.

Homelessness in the North is an invisible problem. You won't find many people sleeping on the cold streets. Instead, they sleep on couches, overstay welcome from family and friends and then move on. Cassie Niviatsiak knows what it's like. She moved to Winnipeg to find housing for herself and her son. The CBC's Juanita Taylor will share her story.
