Today on The Current:

Leah West served in the Canadian military for 10 years, until 2012. During that time, she was sexually assaulted, and she's now speaking out about the need to confront sexual misconduct in Canada's Armed Forces.

Then Kathleen Goldhar, a former producer for The Current, joins us to discuss her new podcast Do You Know Mordechai? — a story about friendship, lies, and love. The story focuses on Arya, who began a relationship with a man she met online, but later discovered not all was as it seemed.

Plus, Health Canada has approved the use of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine for people aged 12 to 15. We discuss the move and what it might mean for the fight against the virus with pediatrician Dr. Tehseen Ladha, an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Alberta.

And Alba Sotorra Clua joins us to discuss her new documentary The Return: Life After ISIS. It looks at the stories of women, including Canadians, who married ISIS fighters and now live in camps in Syria with their children.
