Looking at the sky from the Sun

This is our occasional feature - the Quirks & Quarks Question Period. You think of a question, and we'll ask a Canadian scientist to tell us the answer. And today's question comes from Nick Charrette in Calgary, who writes:
"If it were possible to stand on the surface of the Sun, what would the sky look like?"
To help us answer this burning question, we contacted Dr. Jeremy Heyl, a Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of British Columbia.
