Photographer Caitlin Cronenberg on celebrity portraits, Drake and her new exhibit, Strange/Beauty

Originally published on May 2, 2019
Caitlin Cronenberg is an award-winning photographer and director who's been published all over the world. A-list stars like George Clooney, Donald Glover and Meghan Markle have all been on the other side of her lens.
She also has a close connection to Drake. She shot all of the photos for Drake's 2016 album Views, including the iconic, much-memed CN Tower photo on its cover.

Cronenberg joined host Tom Power in the q studio to tell us more about a new exhibit of her work, which features some of her extensive work with Drake. It's called STRANGE/BEAUTY and it opens tomorrow at Coldstream Fine Art in Toronto for the Scotiabank Contact Photography Festival.
