Molly Burke is a Canadian YouTuber from Oakville, Ont., who has a fanbase of almost two million subscribers.

If you visit Burke's channel, you'll find makeup tutorials, clothing hauls and hair transformations — but there's another element to her work: she has retinitis pigmentosa, an eye disease that's caused her to lose her vision.

Burke has lived with retinitis pigmentosa since she was a kid, but it hasn't stopped her from dominating the beauty community and making educational videos too.

She joined q's Tom Power from Los Angeles, where she's now based, to talk about how she breaks barriers for people with disabilities in the YouTube community.
