The taps are flowing once again as bars in parts of Canada reopen.
Bars and restaurants in British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec, have reopened in recent weeks, while establishments in Ontario, have offered patio service only.
But after watering holes in Montreal began serving once again in late June, thousands in the Quebec city were lining up this week for COVID-19 tests following a weekend scare. As of Thursday, Montreal's public health authority has confirmed that there are 45 cases tied to bars in the city. Fourteen bars have been identified as having one or more cases.
That has some wondering whether a return to eating out will end up a happy hour — or a hangover.
