These videos will be delivered on Facebook Live through the CBC Radio Facebook account from Tuesday through Friday of this week — launch week for CBC Radio's returning programs.

Many of these videos will be hosted by incoming Cross Country Checkup host Duncan McCue, leading up to his first show of the new season on Sunday, Sept. 11. And it's your chance to talk to us directly, asking questions to Duncan, our hosts and producers via the comments below each live video.
