Trump in contempt of court for Venezuelan deportations, says law prof

This weekend, a federal judge blocked U.S. President Donald Trump's use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport more than 200 alleged members of a Venezuelan gang, and said any flights already in the air should turn back. But the Trump administration ignored the order and denied the court’s authority. Trump’s border czar Tom Homan said Monday the president did “the right thing.” David Super, a constitutional law expert at Georgetown University, disagrees. He spoke to As It Happens host Nil Kӧksal.
