A teenager from Newmarket has been arrested on suspicion he was planning to travel abroad to join ISIS. CBC News has learned the RCMP applied for a terrorism peace bond to restrict the 18-year-old's movements. The arrest follows a call from CSIS and the Mounties asking for help to prevent youth extremism. In a report released last month RCMP say an increasing number of minors are gravitating towards violent ideologies and extremism. Michael King works with the RCMP to help curb this problem. He's a social psychologist and the Deputy executive director for the organization for the prevention of violence. He was on Here and Now.
