According to Canada’s minister of public services and procurement, Jean-Yves Duclos, a potential high-speed rail link between Montreal and Toronto may become a reality in the near future. Transportation expert, Professor Ahmed El-Geneidy, joined Quebec AM’s Julia Caron to give his take on the news.
