Highway 1 between Revelstoke and Golden reopens after rock slide

Highway 1 between Revelstoke and Golden has re-opened after being temporarily closed by a rock slide on Wednesday morning.

The stretch of highway was closed from the early morning until just before 1 p.m. PT.

Traffic control personnel are on the scene, and motorists are being warned to expect delays.
