Here's what you'll need to follow along:

  • 100 per cent cotton navy fabric
  • Drop cloth or plastic drop sheet
  • Rubber gloves
  • Bleach
  • Paintbrush
  • Iron
  • White vinegar
  • Scissors
  • Seam binding tape, or a sewing machine

Note: when working with bleach, be sure to wear rubber gloves, use a drop sheet and always work in a well-ventilated area.
